GranTourismo Limousine and Adventure Tours was started in 2008 by Nick Gianco. Nick was trained by Astra National Limousine Systems back in 1992, while studying at University. After graduating with a Bachelor of Business degree, Nick left the limousine industry to work as an IT Consultant for companies such as Rio Tinto, Commonwealth Bank and BankWest. Later in 2008, Nick identified a niche market operating luxury SUVs in Perth's busy corporate and airport transfer market. This soon expanded into social transfers, tours and wedding packages. During the last four years, GranTourismo has built a reputation for reliability, professionalism and 100% customer satisfaction. Nick has brought his corporate and business experience to the Perth limousine industry, providing a truly exceptional experience for the discerning customer.
About Making Payments
Deposits: We ask our new clients to pay a small deposit to secure their booking, typically by EFT or PayPal. You can pay this in cash if you would like to inspect our vehicles beforehand. For standard transfers, we ask for 15% deposit. For weddings and larger bookings, we ask for 30%. Special events on peak days may be higher.
Paying the outstanding balance: Most new customers make their final payment for 'standard transfers' in cash on the day. PayPal, Kaching, GoMoney, and other mobile payment apps are becoming popular, and we're very comfortable with these methods too. Larger bookings like weddings are normally paid by EFT, before the event date. If using EFT or cards it's important you settle the balance 7-days BEFORE the event so we can verify payment and issue your receipt.
Rewarding loyalty: Because our regular customers are awesome, they don't need to pay a deposit. They can also request a private car anytime (24/7) by phone, email or SMS. They also receive discounted rates and can request to settle their account at the end of each month.
